Meanwhile, a goal on either side of half time ensured Grenada’s 2 – 1 victory over Dominica.Ruth Lewis sent the Spice Princesses in the lead in the 9th minute giving them a 1 – 0 nil need at half time.Nyah Hood coming on as a substitute created the assist for Melania Fullerton in the 47th minute to send the Spice Princesses forward with a 2 – 0 advantage. However, after creating numerous opportunities Dominica was able to pull one back with Sherry Ann Cuffie finding the back of the net to make the final score 2 – 1.Grenada had an overall fair game. However, credit must be given to goal keeper Sabrina Rennie for her many saves and crucial interceptions, in some one on one plays.
