Barbados Worker’s Union netball team will be in St. Lucia to play two matches in a Goodwill tour against Shamrock
A fifteen member team from the Barbados Worker’s Union competition will be in St. Lucia from May 17th – 21st where they will play two matches in a Goodwill tour against Shamrock May 17th and Avengers on May 19th 2018.
This marks the fourth occasion the BWU team will be in St. Lucia, the most recent being in 2014 as guests of the St. Lucia Netball Association.The team comprises players from the 2017 Barbados Workers Union out of season competition and the players range in age 19 – 55 years.
Head of the Team Delegation is Mary Vaughn with Cameron Greenidge as Coach. Other members include Joan Boyce Manager / Assistant coach, Cheryl Newton Holder Assistant Manager and Cheryl Steele travelling umpire.
