In keywords: Know the ten lines of action of the Economic Recovery Plan

AVN - The Plan of Recovery, Growth and Economic Prosperity, promoted by the National Executive to go to the counter-offensive and thus overcome the factors that disturb and damage the country's economy, contemplates ten lines of development.
The program, built together with the organized people having Petro as its main axis, aims to recover the purchasing power of the workers and increase production to generate wealth for the country.
Then know the lines of action:
- The first line is the Fiscal and Tax, aims to achieve fiscal and budgetary balance, issuing real money, based on productivity and income in foreign currency.
For this reason, the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) has approved the Law on Reform of Value Added Tax (VAT), Reform of Large Financial Transactions and the Law that establishes the Temporary Regime of Payment and Advance of the Value Added Tax in Income Tax (ISLR) For Passive Subjects Qualified as Special.
- The exchange policy is the second line of the plan, it has a new exchange scheme that will have a floating rate according to the auctions of the System of Exchange Rate Exchange Floating Complementary (Dicom) and whose second auction established that one dollar is worth 60.25 Bolívares Soberanos and one euro is located at 70.05 Bs.S.
- The third line is the defense of the salary and the salary of the income to recover the purchasing and purchasing power of the workers. Therefore, the Head of State proposed to the ANC to establish new salary tables for workers in Petros.
- Stable and agreed prices are the fourth line of the program, the objective is to establish a real production cost. To comply with the requirement, the list of the first 25 products with agreed prices that must be respected was published.
- Promote and increase oil production, agroindustrial, goods, services, among others, to generate new currency to the country, is the fifth line. Based on this, the national president asked the workers to increase production in all areas of the economy.
- The sixth line of action contemplates the entry into the country of foreign currency to meet the needs of the population. To this end, the National Executive has an income plan in foreign currency to support the economic recovery plan until 2019.
- As the seventh line is the expansion and consolidation of Petro so that goods and services can be acquired through this Venezuelan currency or cryptocurrency.
- The eighth guideline is related to transportation and its National Survey to the new fuel price policy to beat the Colombian contraband mafias, with a subsidy system through the country's card.
In this sense, the Vice President of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Jorge Rodríguez, said Friday that the National Carnets were deactivated, buying in Colombia between $ 200 and $ 500 each "to try to continue stealing Venezuelan gasoline."
- Strengthen social protection through the "Carnet de la Patria" is the ninth line. This encompasses the entire social security system established in the Missions, Grand Missions, Homes of the Homeland, Local Committees for Supply and Production, (Clap), "Chamba Juvenil" (job for youth), Humanized Childbirth and the José Gregorio Hernández Plan.
- As a tenth line, a savings, financing and credit plan was established for the entire financial system of the country. In the course of the week the plan will be known in detail, which provides savings for pensioners linked to gold, another for savings banks in gold and Petro, as well as one for the working class, the middle class and professionals, indicated the vice president of the Economic Area, Tareck El Aissami.
