Family of 4 dies in murder-suicide

Authorities say a family of four in Arizona was found dead in a murder-suicide.
Jason Fairbanks and Annie Fairbanks, both 39, and their two young kids died Friday afternoon at their Scottsdale home, Arizona Central reported.
Police said evidence indicated that Jason Fairbanks shot his wife, 3-year-old daughter and 9-month-old son before turning the gun on himself.
The bodies of the family were discovered when Jason didn’t show up to work and a co-worker went to the home.
Relatives said they were shocked to learn about the family’s violent death.
“He loved his family so much,” Jason’s sister Laura Fairbanks told AZ Central. “He wasn’t a bad person.”
Scottsdale Police Sgt. Ben Hoster said the couple was experiencing financial difficulties before the slayings.
