Reopening of the Sulphur Springs Park on Monday, June 15th, 2020

Press Release – The Soufriere Regional Development Foundation (S.R.D.F) wishes to advise the public of the re-opening of the Sulphur Springs Park on Monday, June 15th, 2020.
The premiere national tourist site had been closed from April 2020, has a result of protocol directives issued by the Ministry of Health activated under the island’s State of Emergency declaration.
Operational hours have been initially set to 6 am to 8 pm daily, with the probability of extension based on the relaxing of time restrictions on the prevailing curfew.
The organization further advises that patrons strictly adhere to all the health and safety protocols established at the park, in order to mitigate any potential spread of Covid -19 and other infectious diseases.
The Soufriere Foundation is a not for profit organization located in Soufriere.
Its mandate is to undertake social, economic, cultural and other sustainable developments in the Soufriere region. The organization which was established in 1993 generates revenues from its operational sites: the Sulphur Springs Park, Gros Piton Nature Trail, Comfort Center, Soufriere jetties and 88.5 Soufriere FM.
