Chef Orlando was voted one of the best chefs in the Caribbean for 2018 and 2019 by Caribbean Journal and now has been recognized as one of the best in the world by Travel&Leisure food & wine. Having also been honored last year with Gault Millau France 2019 award and numerous times by Trip Advisor as one of the top restaurants to eat at in Saint Lucia. We are very appreciative of being recognized for all our love for cuisine especially our very own Saint Lucian Caribbean Cuisine, but also as an independent restaurant this recognition highlights the contribution to the branding of the Saint Lucian culinary experience.
