Notice of Closure of the Department of Home Affairs next week due to deep cleaning

The Department of Home Affairs will be closed for a period of one week commencing August 8 -12, 2022 to facilitate deep cleaning of the office. During this time staff will continue to work from home.

The following numbers can be reached to address urgent inquiries: for Administration – 7135778, for the Citizenship Unit please call 5184568 and for media related matters – 5184559. Individuals are asked to utilize those numbers during the working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. only.

Normal operations will resume on Monday, August 15, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. The Department of Home Affairs profusely apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
