Outdoor Pop-Up Shop II to be held this weekend in Brooklyn

The Consulate General of Saint Lucia in New York will host the Outdoor Pop-up Shop II on Sunday, August 14, from noon until 8:00 PM, at the Saint Lucia House, 438 East 49th Street in Brooklyn (between Church and Snyder Avenues).

Featured will be approximately fifteen vendors offering an array of products, including fashion, jewelry and accessories, artisanal soaps and other beauty products, local goods, vintage home furnishings, art, and more.

Adding to the festive atmosphere will be a deejay and live music by popular Saint Lucian performers.

This community marketplace gives emerging Saint Lucian small business owners a unique opportunity to promote and sell their product or service.  The positive feedback the consulate received from vendors who participated in the first Pop-Up Shop, presented as part of the consulate’s celebration of Caribbean Heritage Month, was largely responsible for its decision to host another.

Admission to the Pop-up Shop is free. The Consulate General of Saint Lucia in New York encourages all Saint Lucians and friends of Saint Lucia to attend.
