The Ministry of Commerce, Manufacturing, Business Development, Cooperatives and Consumer Affairs, through the Small Business Development Centre (SBDC), will be hosting a Business Banking & Regulatory Symposium on Thursday, November 17th, 2022. This symposium will be held at the Gros Islet Human Resource Development Centre from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The focus of the Symposium will be to sensitize Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) owners and entrepreneurs to:
- The importance of banking wisely today for success tomorrow;
- The significance of their obligations to Regulatory agencies, namely the Inland Revenue Department and the National Insurance Corporation (NIC);
- An SBDC client’s entrepreneurial journey from inception to success.
This event will enable persons to receive information that may facilitate the growth and development of their enterprise.
