Crime knows no boundaries and affects us all regardless of the location in which these crimes occur. The situation in Vieux Fort over the last few months and in particular over the last 72 hours is absolutely unacceptable. My condolences go out to the family members and friends of those who have lost their lives. We are better than this Saint Lucia. Let us give the police and community leaders the cooperation and support that is required to deal with this scourge once and for all.
