When I received the news of the death of Henry Charles this morning, I found it difficult to reconcile that I had seen him twice just the previous day, his usual cheerful self.
To his wife Madgerie please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you, the family, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by Charlo. May you find comfort in the memories you shared with him and in the knowledge that his work will continue to make a difference in the lives of others, especially the youth and workers of our region.
Rest in peace comrade.
