TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
Patches of low-level clouds drifting along a moderate easterly wind flow, will cause occasional showery periods over the region, during today.
A tropical wave located over the western Tropical Atlantic, is moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h and is expected to begin affecting the region from tonight.
A second tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic continues to produce disorganized shower and thunderstorm activity. Environmental conditions are conducive for further development of this system and a tropical depression or tropical storm is likely to form during the next two (2) days, while the system moves westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h. This system is expected to impact our region on Monday. Interests in the Lesser Antilles should continue to monitor the progress of this system.
