Moisture and instability lingering over the region, will cause occasional cloudiness, showers and possibly isolated thunderstorms mainly over the southern half of the Lesser Antilles, during the next 24 hours.

At 5:00 am today, Tropical Storm Gordon was located near latitude 19.6 north, longitude 44.8 west. Gordon is moving towards the west-southwest near 10 mph or 17 km/h. Maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph or 65 km/h, with higher gusts. Gordon is forecast to continue weakening and become a depression later today, and a remnant low during the next few days. This system poses no threat to our region at this time.
