Action continued in the Adventist Premiere League – APL Eagle Freight and Brokerage T 20 Tournament with the playing of six matches.The historic first official APL match was played under lights at the Balata Playing Field with Goodlands defeating Ciceron by 79 runs.Summarised Scores Goodlands 109 for 9 – Greg Wilson and Dwight Thomas 28 runs each, Alvin Lafeuille 24 and Alleyn Prospere 15.  Swelan Auguste 3 for 15 with two wickets each to Fr. Vincent, Andel Loncke and Shervon Jean.Ciceron 31 – Fr. Vincent 18.  Alleyne Prospere 3 for 5, G. Johnny 4 for 11 and A. Leonce 2 for 7.

Five matches were played on Sunday 31st March 2019.At Vanard, Goodland Rebels defeated Vanard by 179 runs.Scores in the game – Goodlands 247 for 3, Mario Gittens 96 not out and Greg Wilson. Delon John 3 for 61 Vanard 68 – Hilaire Emmanuel and Kernan Gustave 15 each. Rohan Charlery 3 for 17.Man of the Match – Mario Gittens

Rising Star defeated Labayee by 74 runs. Batting first Rising Star 204 for 7 – Swelan Auguste 47 not out, Jelanie St. Rose 40 and Petrus Aurelien 37.Nickson Edmund 3 for 30 and Adil Barlow 2 for 44.Labayee 130 all out – Adil Barlow 30, Ricky Hippolyte 20 Vincent 3 for 17, Swelan Auguste 3 for 27.Man of the Match Swelan Auguste

At Monchy, Mount Olives won by 51 runs over Gros Islet. Batting first Mount Olives 103 for 6 – Lee Solomon 21 and Makian Bernard 17Bernie Joseph 2 for 17.Gros Islet 52.Shequain Prudent 3 for 7, Micah Jones 2 for 16 and Irvin Isidore 2 for 17.

Over at the Grande Riviere Playing Field North Eastern Youth got the better of Bon Nouvelle by 13 runs.Northern Youth 121 for 6, – Chaz Cepal 60, Keegan Arnold and Simeon Dalkhan 17 each.Brian Calixte 2 for 20 and Charlery Edward 2 for 17.Bon Nouvelle, seemingly coasting at 75 for 2 faltered to be dismissed for 108, with Adolphus Marquis making 54 and George St. Marthe 26.Keegan Arnold and Jervon Charles bagged 2 wickets, with Man of the Match Chaz Cepal picking up one.

In the Day’s final match United Raiders Cricket Club – URCC defeated Caribbean stars by 72 runs.Batting first URCC reached 120 for 9 in 20 overs with Ian Khan carrying his bat for a top score of 68 made off 47 deliveries.For Caribbean Stars the pick of the bowlers were Erneil Sexius 3 for 18, Taryck Gabriel 2 for 14 and Kirby Antoine 2 for 30.Caribbean stars  was never in the hunt as they meekly folded for 48 runs. They were outdone by a tremendous spin bowling feat by Josean Ghirawoo who snared 6 for 9 in 4 overs.Strike bowler Lakshman Persaud bagged 2 for 7 and Kendrick Williams 2 for 15.Man of the Match – Josean Ghirawoo.
