Bank of Saint Lucia commences an after-hours card collection service at all five branch locations

PRESS RELEASE -  Effective August 4 th 2021, Bank of Saint Lucia commences an after-hours card collection service at all five branch locations (Gros Islet, Waterfront, Bridge Street, Vieux Fort and Soufriere) from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily for its valued customers.

From Monday to Friday, renewal cards, replacement cards and cards issued to new BOSL customers will be available for collection during these hours. This service applies to both debit card and credit cards.

Arleta Rate-Mitchel, Senior Manager – Retail Banking assessed that, “recognizing the sheer volume of cards to be collected, and in an effort to alleviate the long queues that customers continue to experience at our branch locations as a result of the COVID-19 protocols, the extended hours have been introduced. This is also in an effort to improve our own efficiencies as a bank, and reduce the wait time for our customers. We encourage our cardholders to take advantage of this new collection service.”

Bank of Saint Lucia customers can expect further announcements on enhancements to their service experience with the Bank in the weeks ahead.
