Three children aged 14, 8, and 5 are among five people left homeless after an early Wednesday morning fire at Morne Sion, Choiseul.

Emergency personnel from the Soufriere and Vieux Fort fire stations responded with three fire appliances and one ambulance after receiving a distress call after 1:00 am.

Upon their arrival they found a two-bedroom concrete structure engulfed in flames.

This records  the second fire in Choiseul this week.
