Children’s vaccination drive Islandwide will begin in Saint Lucia

The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs wishes to inform the public of a vaccination drive taking place in all communities in Saint Lucia from November 18 to December 17, 2023.

The vaccination initiative is to ensure all eligible children age 2 months to 12 years are up-to-date with their vaccination and are fully protected from vaccine-preventable diseases. A team of healthcare providers, will be conducting home visits within the various communities on island to ensure all children receive their scheduled vaccine.

The Ministry of Health thanks the public for its support and cooperation during the campaign and encourages parents, guardians or caregivers to get their children vaccinated against possible vaccine-preventable diseases.
