Covid-19: vaccination begins on Thursday, January 7 in Martinique

The prefect of Martinique Stanislas Cazelles and the members of the association of mayors met this Wednesday, January 6, 2021 to discuss the organization of the vaccination campaign on the island.
At the end of this meeting, the prefect announced that the vaccination campaign would start the next day (January 7, 2021), a little ahead of the planned schedule.
The first injections will be carried out in three establishments of the Martinique CHU.
Vaccination procedures are the same as in hexagonal France with priority for EHPAD residents, nursing staff, firefighters and home helpers over 50 years old.
