The Customs and Excise Department is investigating the discovery of two high powered rifles at the cargo shed in Castries on Monday October 7th, they were broken down and fitted into a refrigerator.

The rifles was discovered when Customs officers searched through a package an individual came to collect.

It was confirmed that there was an incident currently being investigated.
