Double homicide in Vieux Fort

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a shooting at Sandy Beach Vieux Fort.

A report of a shooting was referred to the Vieux Fort Police Station about 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.

Two males were fatally shot during the incident. They have been identified as Twenty-seven (27) year-old Denzel Joseph of Cantonement, Vieux Fort, and twenty (20) year-old Kareem Mcfarlane, of Bruceville, Vieux Fort.

The Royal St. Lucia Police Force wishes to urge anyone with information regarding this incident to contact the nearest police station, the Vieux Fort Police Station at 456- 3905/3906, or the Crime Hotline at 555 (for anonymous reporting).
