Double shooting in Roseau

 Two men are now hospitalised in a stable condition after gunmen opened fire on them at Roseau in the early hours of Tuesday, September 20th.The two victims were believed to be blood relatives and residents of Jacmel.

According to reports the victims were walking along the Roseau Highway when they were attacked by gunmen, leaving them running for cover. 

When the commotion was settled, the victims realized they were shot multiple times, including the leg and mouth. 

Saint Lucia Fire Service (SLFS) Communications Officer Stacy Joseph said that the  emergency personnel responded at 11:35 pm and they were transported to the hospital in stable condition.

The Police are investigating the incident.
