Early Morning Collision Near IGY Rodney Bay Marina

Early Sunday morning, the Gros Islet Fire Station responded to a collision involving two vehicles near the IGY Rodney Bay Marina.

Emergency personnel from the Gros Islet Fire Station were dispatched to the scene following reports of the collision. Upon arrival, they found that the two lone drivers involved in the accident had sustained multiple injuries.

One driver was fully conscious when emergency responders transported him to the Owen King EU Hospital (OKEU), while the other was in stable condition during transport.

Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision to determine the cause and any contributing factors.
