Fatal Shooting Incident Reported on Darling Road, Castries: Victim Found Deceased at Scene

Officers at the Fire Service Headquarters responded to an emergency call on Saturday 17 February at approximately 7:50 p.m. The information received stated that there was an alleged shooting incident, on Darling Road in Castries.
The emergency crew found a male individual appearing lying motionless on the road. An assessment of the patient revealed no vital signs and that he sustained penetrating wounds to his body. Due to the obvious signs of death, the scene was left in the care of the police.
