Fatal shooting victim in Soufriere identified

Police are investigating a deadly shooting which claimed the lives of one man and injuring another.

This incident occurred at a Bar in Soufriere.

Dead is Donnie McKinnon. He is a from the United Kingdom, but he is a citizen in St Lucia and has been living here for several years.

The other male individual is currently at the St Jude hospital nursing gunshot injuries.

This is the 67th homicide so far this year.
