The Department of External Affairs has announced that an official funeral will be held for the late Mr. Cornelius Lincoln Lubin, OBE, MBE, JP, who passed away on Tuesday, June 9.

Mr. Lubin served as Deputy Governor General to Her Excellency Dame Pearlette Louisy, from August 2007 to September 2013. He also served as the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, the Director of Health Policy, and the National Population Coordinator. He was dedicated to serving his country and people at the national and community levels.

The funeral for the late Mr. Cornelius Lincoln Lubin will be held at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church on Tuesday, June 30 at 10 a.m.. Interment will be at the Choc Cemetery.
