Gunmen opened fire in Morne Sepert injuring one man and bullets grazed another

Police are investigating a incident where gunmen opened fire in Morne Sepert, Grand Riviere, injuring one man and bullets grazed another on Tuesday night at about 8 pm.

According to reports, three masked gunmen drove into the community opened fire everywhere which left residence in fear for their lives.

Bullets grazed a male individual when one of the gunmen fired shots in his direction while another male sustained gunshot wounds to his arm.

One resident said "Grand Riviere was a quiet place and all of a sudden for the past few years, a shooting here, a shooting there. Its like know where in St Lucia is safe anymore".
