Hospitality Ambassadors complete 7-day training programme

The Ministry of Tourism is pleased to announce the “Hospitality Ambassadors Program” which is designed to elevate the cruise passenger experience and enhance overall visitor satisfaction.
(18) Hospitality Ambassadors have been employed through the program, who will be strategically stationed at various locations (including Duty-Free Point Seraphine) to provide industry information to visitors and ensure that guests are treated in a way that embodies the island's warmth and hospitality.
The Ambassadors ended a 7-day Training Program, which equipped them with the necessary skills and knowledge to serve in the capacity of a Hospitality Ambassador. The training focused on core areas of Customer Service Excellence and Service Quality, Delivery skills, Knowledge of the Destination, History, National and Cultural Landmarks, Cultural Awareness, Effective Communication, Safety and Security, and Emergency Response.
The Ministry of Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture, and Information would like to wish all the Ambassadors well during their term.
