How did Saint Lucia fare during the CARIBE WAVE Regional Tsunami Simulation Exercise?

On March 23, 2023, Saint Lucia was among 38 countries that participated in the annual CARIBE WAVE tsunami simulation exercise. The exercise was coordinated by the National Emergency Management Organisation [NEMO]. The simulation afforded the NEMO an important opportunity to examine in real time the performance of the existing communications processes and to explore areas for improvement. On March 29, 2023 the NEMO convened a press conference to review Saint Lucia's participation.
