Human remains found in Omar Defreitas vehicle

Police have discovered what appears to be human remains in Omar Defreitas vehicle.

Omar Defreitas was reported missing on January 6, 2023. He was last seen leaving a party at the Sandals Golf and Country Club at Cap Estate. According to Deputy Commissioner of Police Ronald Philip, as is customary investigators are treating the discovery as a homicide.
