Vieux Fort South Will take on Canaries in the Final of the SLFA Under 23 Cup
The final of the St. Lucia Football Associations Under 23 Football Competition is now set. In matches played at the La Clery Playing Field, tournament favorites Vieux Fort South came from behind to defeat Dennery. After trailing 2-1, Vieux Fort scored three times to win this encounter 4-2. The goal scorers for Vieux Fort included: Shervin George, Antonius Myers, Adrian Henry and Delon Neptune.In the other semi final after finishing in a 2-2 deadlock after regulation time, Canaries defeated Desruisseaux on penalties.So, the final is now set! In a repeat of the 2017 Blackheart Championships Vieux Fort South will take on Canaries in the final of the SLFA Under 23 cup.
