Ireland National Cricket Team will Host Windies and Bangladesh for a Tri Nation Series

The Ireland National Cricket team will host Windies and Bangladesh for a Tri Nation Series which will commence from 5th May 2019.This Series is termed as preparation for Windies and Bangladesh for the Mega Event – Cricket World Cup 2019, which will be hosted by England and Wales.This Tri Series in Ireland will be the last International ODI Series for any team before the CWC 2019.

Several players from Windies are currently participating in the Indian Premiere League, including the likes of Andre Russell, Chris Gayle, Shimron Hetmyer, Oshane Thomas, Nicholas Pooran, Evin Lewis, Carlos Brathwaite and Alzarii Joseph, for different franchises of the League.As per reports, all these players will be considered for selection only if their respective franchises don’t make it to the Play offs.On the other hand, for Bangladesh, only Shakib Al Hasan is playing in the IPL.
