Labour Minister says Windjammer Resort violated Labour Code.

The minister told reporters, "We have gone in and investigated, and we're resolving the situation. We've also been able to deal with them on matters of violations and there is likely to be a penalty or a decision and to make a determination according to the law, to penalise them for those violations...so we are handling the Windjammer situation".

He said, the complaint was made by the Union representing the employees. Windjammer breached the labour code and allowed the redundancy period to mature, while failing to pay the workers on time.
