Male individual shot in Vieux Fort

Police are investigating a shooting incident in Vieux Fort which occurred on Tuesday night at about 9 pm.

Reports are that a male individual was shot in the leg by a masked gunman. The victim was transported to hospital via ambulance.

Police recovered several bullet shells on the crime scene.
