Man Hospitalized After Stabbing on Peynier Street, Castries

Emergency personnel from the Saint Lucia Fire and Emergency Services responded to a stabbing incident on Peynier Street, Castries, at approximately 7:30 am on September 9.

Upon arrival, they found a male individual lying on his back, conscious but suffering from a puncture wound to the upper right quadrant of his abdomen.

The responders treated him at the scene before swiftly transporting him to a medical facility for further medical care. His current condition remains unknown.

Authorities are investigating the incident.
