Man shot dead in Castries

Male shot multiple times in Bexon

Police are investigating a deadly shooting which occurred on St Louis Street, Castries on Tuesday night.
According to reports, the male individual sustained multiple gunshot wounds.

At about 8:15 pm, the emergency officials responded to the shooting incident. Upon arrival, the officers found a man lying on the ground in the presence of police officers. An assessment of the patient revealed that he sustained penetrating wounds to his body with shallow breathing.

He was transported to OKEU hospital where he was pronounced dead by a medical practitioner.
