Man shot dead in Vieux Fort; this is the 50th homicide for 2022

Police are investigating a deadly shooting incident which occurred in Bruceville, Vieux Fort on Saturday morning at about 2:30 am.

According to reports, a man was found on the ground with multiple gunshots about his body.

He was already dead by the time emergency officials arrived on the scene.

This is the 50th homicide with most of them are gun related.
