Man stabbed to death at Bordelais Correctional Facility

A mentally challenged man was stabbed to death at the Bordelais Correctional Facility. He was found unresponsive in his cell during the recreation period on Thursday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Kelvin Wilson , alias ‘Carlos’ or ‘Goats’.

According to reports, 'Goats' was stabbed multiple times with a sharp object by another inmate.

He was in custody for the murder of another individual.
