Ministry introduced a new point of sale system for customers transacting business at the Warehouse

The Ministry of Commerce, International Trade, Investment, Enterprise Development and Consumer Affairs continues to create and promote a more enabling business environment in Saint Lucia, and in that regard no effort has been spared in enhancing the service delivery and payment options at the Government Supply Warehouse in Faux A Chaud.

On Friday, June 11th, 2021, the Ministry introduced a new point of sale system for customers transacting business at the Warehouse.

The point of sale system allows customers to pay for bulk, sugar, rice and flour using all major debit and credit cards.

The Government Supply Warehouse is the only authorized institution allowed to import bulk sugar, rice and flour into Saint Lucia.

These bulk commodities constitute packages weighing from 11.36kg (25lbs) to 50kg (110) lbs

Our customers are strongly encouraged to utilize the new point of sale system for ease of doing business.
