Northern Cluster Grassroots Cricket Development Program continued

The Northern Cluster Grassroots Cricket Development Program continued on Saturday 29th June at the perimeters of the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground.
Sixty one participants enjoyed the 3 and a half hour long training session.
The Activities undertook the following format.
- Prayers / Welcome etc.
- Warm Up Activities – hand eye co – ordination
- Physical Conditioning
- Nets – live bowling
- Nets – Use of Bowling Machine
- Throw Downs
- Cricket Games.
The session was conducted by Alton Crafton, Allian Ashby and Nereus Auguste who also doubled up with logistical support.
