Odsan homicide victim identified

Police have identified the deceased in St Lucia's latest deadly shooting. He is identified as 27 year old Velez Phillip, a resident of Ciceron.

According to report, Velez and another male individual was riding on a motorcycle when gunmen opened fire on them.

The other victim is current at the OKEU hospital and his condition is unknown.
