Patricia D. James, SALCC, Sports Academy, and Micoud Secure Semifinal Spots in U19 Football Tournament

Patricia D. James Secondary School, Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, Saint Lucia Sports Academy, and Micoud Secondary School were winners on Monday, November 18, 2024, in quarterfinal action in the Ministry of Youth Development and Sports Under 19 football competition.
Group C Leaders, Patricia D. James showed little respect to Vieux Fort Comprehensive Secondary, shutting out their overmatched opponents 4-nil at the Sab Playing Facility.
Meanwhile, Sir Arthur Lewis Community advanced to the semis phase after a hard-fought encounter, defeating Soufriere Comprehensive Secondary School 3-2 at the Soufriere Mini Stadium.
A more par contest saw Micoud Secondary School win 2-1 over Babonneau Secondary at the Saint Licia Football Association, Technical Centre, Grande Riviere, Dennery.
At the Corinth Playing Field, Anse Ger Secondary was only temporarily in the fight before conceding three unanswered goals to the Saint Lucia Sports Academy. That was as good as it got for the SLSA as they led 3-nil at half-time with goals from No.39 David Blackman in the 3rd and 15 minutes and No.36 Justice Germaine in the 9th minute.
In semifinal action, Sir Arthur Lewis Community College versus Micoud Secondary School at the Saint Lucia Football Association, Technical Centre, Grande Riviere, Dennery, while Patricia D. James Secondary will play Saint Lucia Sports Academy at the Sab Playing Facility.
Matches kick off at 1.00 p.m. simultaneously on Thursday 21, 2024.
