Pierre has successfully elevated the Saint Lucia's economy from the sharpest GDP decline in the Latin America and Caribbean region in 2020/21 to consecutive years of double digit growth projections in under two years. And for the first time since 2018/19 strategic fiscal policy prescriptions implemented by Prime Minister Pierre have resulted in a primary surplus on the books.
