Police investigating attempted arson at the Pierrot Catholic Church

The Royal St Lucia Police Force is investigating an attempted arson at the Pierrot Catholic Church.

SNN received several videos showing the suspect throwing bottle bombs at a statue outside the church. In another video, church goers held the suspect and walked away with him.

According to a member of the church, the suspect had another bottle bomb in his possession at the time he was held.

He was handed over to police later.
