Police Update - La Clery homicide

About 8:20 p.m. on Thursday, November 24, 2022, officers attached to the Criminal Investigations Department responded to a report of a shooting at La Clery, Castries.

A joint team, inclusive of officers attached to the Special Services Unit and Scenes of Crime Office proceeded to the location, where the male victim was observed being attended to by emergency personnel. The victim was conveyed to the OKEU Hospital and officers were later informed that he succumbed. A post mortem examination is scheduled for a subsequent date.
