Royal Saint Lucia Police Force Charges Man for Murder

On Monday, October 9, 2023, the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) received a report of a
shooting incident at Barre St. Joseph, Castries. The responding Police Officers discovered the unresponsive body of twenty-five year-old (25) Dayne Felix alias “G6” of Barre St. Joseph. He was subsequently transported to the Owen King European Union (OKEUH) Hospital with apparent gunshot wounds, where he later succumbed.

On Wednesday, November 15, 2023, Officers attached to the Major Crimes Unit arrested twenty-one- year-old (21) Octavius Francis of Ti Rocher, Micoud on suspicion of Murder. On Saturday, November 18, 2023, Octavius Francis was charged for the Murder of Dayne Felix.
