RSLPF Executes Multifaceted Operation in Jacmel

On Friday, May 3, 2024, the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) engaged in a diverse
operation, involving multiple departments, as well as the deployment of resources from neighboring
territories. The operation was conducted in the community of Jacmel, quarter of Anse La Raye.
Following leads in an ongoing investigation, the contingent of law enforcement officials proceeded
to an area, where they searched approximately five (5) households. The scale of the operation
required thorough examinations both above and below ground level on the targeted premises.
Although no materials of evidentiary value were recovered during the operation, it provided law
enforcement with valuable insights and two male suspects were apprehended in connection with the
ongoing investigation.
