RSLPF Launches Probe into La Coudou ,Castries Homicide

On Wednesday, October 16, 2024 about 7:30p.m, Police Officers attached to the Marchard Police
Station responded to a shooting at La Coudou, Castries.
On arrival on the scene one female victim was discovered with multiple apparant gunshot wounds.
She was transported to the Owen King European Union Hospital (OKEUH) via ambulance. She
was later pronounced dead by a medical practitioner.
The deceased has been identified as fifteen (15) year old Shinika Riley Jean Phillip of George
Charles Boulevard Marchard.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Marchard Police Station at
