Saint Lucia Delegation Attends 30th FCCA Conference in St. Maarten to Boost Cruise Tourism

Saint Lucia is participating in the 30th annual Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) Conference and Trade Show in St. Maarten from October 22-25, a premier event for the global cruise industry.
The delegation is led by Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture & Information, Honourable Guibion Ferdinand. He is accompanied by Deputy Permanent Secretary Ann-Marguret Adams; CEO of the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, Louis Lewis; and Maritime Tourism Officer, Denise Mauricette.
Lance Arnold is representing Global Port Holdings while the Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority (SLASPA) is represented by Chief Operating Officer, Grace Parkinson.
The Community Tourism Agency, represented by CEO Dahlia Guard, is also engaged in discussions with cruise partners, raising awareness about the Agency’s role in standardising and developing sustainable tourism products.
Saint Lucia’s delegation is focused on strengthening relationships with cruise partners and exploring new opportunities to enhance the island’s cruise tourism sector. With exciting developments on the horizon, including the revitalisation of Castries to advance cruise operations, Saint Lucia remains committed to providing unforgettable experiences for travellers and enhancing its reputation as a top cruise destination.
