Shawn Edward acting as Prime Minister as PM attending COP26 in Glasgow about climate change

Ahead of the World Leaders Summit in Glasgow which will kickoff COP26, I was invited by the Resident British High Commissioner, H.E. Lesley Saunderson, along with young climate change leader, Jevanic Henry to plant a tree, signifying our commitment to battle climate change.
Whilst in the United Kingdom from October 30th - November 6th, I will make representation to secure the implementation of the climate mitigation and adaptation financing which will assist small island developing states like ours against the perils of rising temperature.
In my absence, Hon. Shawn Edward, will act as Prime Minister of Saint Lucia.
