Soca artist Ricardo Drue has passed away

Soca sensation Ricardo Drue was pronounced dead at Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre around noon Tuesday in Antigua and Barbuda. The artist was rushed to the hospital after being found unresponsive in his room.

He was was scheduled to fly out of the island later in the afternoon. Drue, who is is known for his soca hits ‘Vagabond’ and ‘Professional’, was engaged to Trinidad and Tobago soca sensation Patrice Roberts.
